AML Policy.

Our commitment to anti-money laundering, KYC verification, and sanctions compliance. Effective date: [1 January 2026].

1. Commitment to Compliance

Prop Bro's is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, and fraud. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and sanctions regulations across the jurisdictions in which we operate. This policy sets out the standards we apply to all users of the Service. [Confirm applicable jurisdictions and regime.]

2. Scope

This policy applies to every person who registers for an evaluation, holds a funded account, receives a payout, or participates in our affiliate program. It applies to all transactions, payout requests, and account activity conducted through the Service regardless of channel.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any payout is processed, traders must complete a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, including government-issued identification and proof of address. We may request additional verification, such as a selfie or liveness check, at any time. Payouts are withheld until verification is complete and satisfactory.

4. Know-Your-Business (KYB)

Affiliates, partners, and any entity receiving commission or business payments must complete a Know-Your-Business verification, including beneficial ownership disclosure, incorporation documents, and address proof. Entity payments are withheld until KYB is complete and satisfactory.

5. Source of Funds

We reserve the right to request information and supporting documentation regarding the source of funds used to purchase evaluation accounts and to receive payouts, particularly for large transactions, unusual patterns, or accounts inconsistent with declared activity. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withheld payouts.

6. Sanctions Screening

All users and transactions are screened against applicable sanctions lists, politically exposed person (PEP) databases, and adverse media, at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. Accounts matching a sanctions listing or otherwise prohibited designation are restricted or terminated in line with applicable law.

7. Monitoring and Reporting

We monitor account activity for suspicious patterns, including unusual trading behaviour, multiple-account abuse, structuring of payments, rapid payout requests, and mismatched funding sources. Suspicious activity is escalated to our compliance team and may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence unit or authority as required by law.

8. Affiliate and Referral Risk

Affiliate referrals are subject to the same KYC/AML controls as direct users. We may withhold affiliate commission where a referral triggers an AML alert, fails verification, or is linked to fraudulent activity. Affiliate accounts engaging in misleading promotion or traffic fraud are terminated and forfeit pending commission.

9. Account Restrictions

Prop Bro's reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, and to withhold payouts and forfeit account balance, where AML concerns cannot be resolved to our satisfaction. We may also block transactions, limit payment methods, or require additional information as part of our risk-based controls.

10. Record Keeping

We retain KYC, KYB, transaction, and monitoring records in line with applicable regulatory retention periods — typically a minimum of [five] years after the end of the relationship or the date of a transaction, whichever is longer. Records are stored securely and made available to competent authorities on lawful request.

11. Training and Governance

Our compliance team and relevant staff receive ongoing AML training appropriate to their role. AML controls are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect regulatory change and emerging risk. This policy is reviewed at least annually by our compliance function. [Confirm reviewer / MLRO appointment.]

12. Contacting Us

If you have questions about this AML Policy or a verification request, contact our compliance team at compliance@propbros.com. Suspicious activity reports should be submitted through official channels and not discussed with the subject of the report.
